The process water is sprayed through the pump and nozzles distributed in the retort to form a mist of water to the product to achive the purpose of sterilization. Precise temperature and presure control can be suitable for a variety of packaging products DTS is the only Retort manufacturer with ASME stamped certification in China. 1. A small amount of process water is quickly circulated to reach the predetermined sterilization temperature quickly.
