Advantages
Our basket loading and unloading technology is suitable for rigid containers (metal cans, glass jars, glass bottles). In addition, we provide pallet stacking loading/unloading, stacking/unstacking technology for semi-rigid and flexible containers (plastic bottles, drums, cups, trays and bags).
DTS provide various solutions for filling baskets or food trays with cups and bags to be sterilized in the retort, choosing the right layout for each customer's situation and needs. DTS loaders and unloaders range from semi-automatic systems for low output to fully automatic systems for high output.
In the semi-automatic system, pick and place of the dividers is required manually, all other operations are automatic.
Optional basket tracking system(BTS)
Retort is designed and produced according to the requirements of GB150-2011 <steel pressure vessel manufacturing standard>. DTS is identified and has passed through ISO9001, ISO14001 system authentication and also passed the CE, America ASME as well as SGS, TUV, BV, EAC rated.
- Equipment is designed according to the GMP and FDA requirements.
- If the cycle is based on the temperature data given by the cold spot location, if all products loaded have the same contamination level, we guarantee the less than 1/1,000,000 bags contamination.

1. Are you a factory or a trader?

2. How to install and maintain the machine?
The retort will be tested at the factory, and will try to ship without disassembly. All pipeline have number and identification, as shown in the attached picture. Also, we will provide remote service system, through which our engineers can guide and train in real time.
3. What shall we do if breakdown occurs?
Please inform us once the breakdown occurs. During warranty period, if breakdown occurs, we shall respond in time after receiving the notification of the buyer. We shall handle failure over the telephone/real time video according to the buyer's requirements.
