Audited Supplier The pilot retort is a multifunctional test sterilization retort, which can realize sterilization methods such as spray (water spray, cascade, side spray), water immersion, steam, rotation, etc. It can also have any combination of multiple sterilization methods to be suitable for food manufacturers' new product development laboratories, formulating sterilization processes for new products, measuring FO value, and simulating the sterilization environment in actual production.
Use the knob or operation screen to select the sterilization method, and download the recipe to the PLC. After checking, start the sterilization program, and the whole process will automatically follow the sterilization recipe.
The equipment is small in size and suitable for installation. It requires simple utility facilities and can work only by simple connection. DTS has very good utility facility partners and if customers need it, we can provide customers with a turnkey solution for the entire system of the lab system.
We will test well at factory and try to ship without disassembly. Also we will equip the remote system that we can seat at home and guide customer exactly to install and debug the machines.
As for installation, all pipes we make the identifications there, so will bu much easier for customers to connect it.
