| Water Immersion Retort Sterilizer for Flexible Containers/Pouches/Pouch Sausages |
Retort is designed and constructed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the GB/T150-2011 Standard for the Manufacture of Steel Pressure Vessels. The equipment complies with FDA/USDA standard requirements (FDA21CFR113 and 21CFR11) Retort vessel shall be constructed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
Water immersion retort uses the unique liquid flow switching technology to improve the uniformity of temperature inside the retort vessel. Hot water is prepared in advance in the hot water tank to start the sterilization process at high temperature and achieve the fast temperature rising, after sterilization, hot water is recycled and pumped back to hot water tank to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
