Product Description

Heat up and cool down by the heat exchanger, so the steam and cooling water will not contaminate the product, and no water treatment chemicals are needed. The process water is evenly cascaded from top to bottom through the large-flow water pump and the water separator plate on the top of the retort to achieve the purpose of sterilization. The precise temperature and pressure control can be suitable for a variety of packaged products. The simple and reliable characteristics make DTS sterilization retort widely used in the Chinese beverage industry

Installation and commission

We will test well at factory and try to ship without disassembly. Also we will equip the remote system that we can seat at home and guide customer exactly to install and debug the machines.
As for installation, all pipes we make the identifications there, so will bu much easier for customers to connect it.

DTS and Nestle cooperation

In 2008, DTS supplied the first full water rotary sterilizer to Nestle Qingdao factory in China for the production of canned light milk. It successfully replaced the same type of equipment made in Germany.
In 2011 DTS supplied 12 sets of DTS-18-6 steam rotary sterilizers to Jinan Yinlu (the capacity of 600cpm) for production of mixed congee.
In 2012, DTS supplied 10 sets of DTS-16-6 water cascadging sterilizers to Hubei Yinlu (the capacity of 1000cpm) for main production of canned coffee (Nescafe) in the Joint-venture Yinlu.
By the end of 2012, DTS supplied 6 sets of DTS-13-4 type steam sterilizers to Xiamen Yinlu (the capacity of 600cpm) for main production of canned Nescafe and peanut milk.
In 2013, DTS signed the joint research agreement with Nestle Beijing R&D to develop a new canned product (Instant congee in bowl) for one year.
In 2014, DTS supplied a set of automatic batch sterilizer to Xiamen Yinlu (the capacity of 1200cpm) for main production of canned Nescafe and peanut milk. The system included 4 water spray retorts DTS-18-6, automatic loading and unloading basket machines and conveyors.
In 2015, DTS provided 10 sets of DTS-14-4 water spray sterilizers to Xiamen Yinlu (the capacity of 1000cpm) for production of herbal tea.
In 2016 DTS supplied 6 sets of DTS-18-6 steam rotary sterilizers to Jinan Yinlu (the capacity of 600cpm) for production of mixed congee.
In 2019 DTS cooperated with Turkey Gonenli Nestle OEM Factory and successfully produce the products at the end of 2019.
 In 2019, DTS successfully cooperated with Nestle OEM factories in Sri Lanka and completed the SAT smoothly at the end of 2019 under the cronavirus situation.
In 2019, DTS successfully cooperated with Nestle OEM factories in Malaysia.
