The water spray rotary sterilization retort uses the rotation of the rotating body to make the contents flow in the package. Heat up and cool down by the heat exchanger, so the steam and cooling water will not contaminate the product, and no water treatment chemicals are needed. The process water is sprayed onto the product through the water pump and the nozzles distributed in the retort to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Accurate temperature and pressure control can be suitable for a variety of packaged products.

Retort is designed and produced according to the requirements of GB150-2011 <steel pressure vessel manufacturing standard>. DTS is identified and has passed through ISO9001, ISO14001 system authentication and also passed America ASME as well as SGS, TUV, BV, EAC rated.
DTS is the only retort supplier in China who gets ASME rated.

Dependable, Reliable and Robust Design

Rotor is well fabricated on the positioning& assembly station, after welding, the complete rotor is processed in machine center and treated in high temperature to eliminate the internal stress caused by welding, which ensures the robust structure are extremely durable resulting in reduced wear and a long service life.

Our Advantages

1. Roller
After the rolling ring is forged, the whole rotor is welded to the rotation plate, and the rotor is reinforced by diagonal bracing. After a long period of service, if it's severely worn out, you can only replace the roller ring without adding too much cost.

2. Clamping system

1. Every basket has one air cylinder, pressing the cans separately so that can balance the height difference.
2. Clamping plate bottom is silica gel which is soft so that can help hold the cans tight.
3. We will consider the centrifugal force and how much strength can press the can tight then to calculate pressing plate pressure to ensure that all cans static.

1. Spiral-tube heat exchanger made of stainless steel
 

Inside tube material is stainless steel 316L, no need to replace the rubber gasket, no need maintenance, corrosion resistance, long service life.

2.Full automatic linear control system
 

DTS self-studied patented technology D-TOP system can be sensitive to temperature.It can automatically calculate the pressure changes inside the container according to the temperature.And then automatically adjust the pressure inside the retort to get the pressure balance between container internal and external.So it can prevent the package's deformation, keep the package shape.Especially be suitable for aluminum tray products.Pressure was controlled in + / - 0.05 bar with compressed air intake valve and exhaust valve.

3. maintence cycle and alarm:For main valves, we set the maintenance cycle and time in the PLC, when it arrives, there will be alarm appear to notice.

 

Installation and commission

 

DTS will try to ship the retort without disassemble. And before delivery, the retort will be tested completely and well. All pipes will make the identifications as below, which will be much easier to connect the pipes.

For responsing the coronavirus, all retorts will equip the remote monitoring device. While our engineers seat at home they can see how the valves, pumps work. And they can adjust the program and guide site work properly. Please see the picture we work at real time with one of our Malaysia customer as above.

If in case our engineers need to go, no problem we can go. We will let our engineers inject the vaccine. Customer needs to help DTS to apply from the government, then will be easier to get the visa.

Right now DTS already successfully completed the installation and commission for several customers during the virus period and they are satisfied about it. The virus will not stop our advance and progress, DTS is a responsible company and DTS can always find the way to solve things.
