Working Principle

For loading machine

1. The filled cans accumulating conveyor receives cans from the line and the belt conveys cans to the loader, made of non-gripping material so round containers align themselves naturally in a staggered formation.
2. The workers place a layer pad by hand and actuates the lifter to bring the layer to the level of the belt automatically.
3. When cans are enough to form a layer, the worker activates the pushing belt that pushes the layer forward into the basket.
4. The leading bar leads the cans as they move forward to keep the layer compact.
5. The Blocker presses down on the last row of cans remaining on the belt, so they don't fall off when the lifter is lowered.
6. When the filling machine stops work and some products are still on the belt which can't conveyed into the basket by the conveyor strength, the cans pushing mechanism will push the cans to the baskets automatically.
7. The worker repeats the procedure until the basket is completely full, manually removes the full crate, inserts and empty basket and repeats.

For unloading machine

1. The worker inserts the full baskets manually and activates the lifter to bring the layer level with the belt automatically.
2. The worker pushes the button, the lift moves up to the level automatically and then push button again, the cans pusher will push the layer of cans from the basket to the belt.
3. The belt made of non-grip material, receives the cans and queues them for the line.
4. The worker removes the divider manually and repeats the procedure until the basket is empty.
5. The worker manually removes the empty basket, inserts a full basket and repeats.

Hydraulic Elevation Mechanism
