The equipment complies with FDA/USDA standard requirements (FDA21CFR113 and 21CFR11)
Retort vessel shall be constructed strictly in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.
Sterilization of products in tinplate cans, glass jars, pouches and trays;

Reduction of the sterilization time as effect of the cynetic force of the rotation combined with the both fixed and rotating sprayers;

Rotor is well fabricated on the positioning& assembly station, after welding, the complete rotor is processed in machine center and treated in high temperature to eliminate the internal stress caused by welding, which ensures the robust structure are extremely durable resulting in reduced wear and a long service life.
Independent Clamping System
Pneumatic clamping with pressure regulating and detection, our specific air cylinders offers an accurate and flexible solution reducing mechanical efforts thus reducing maintenance and labor duty.

Roller:
After the rolling ring is forged, the whole rotor is welded to the rotation plate, and the rotor is reinforced by diagonal bracing. After a long period of service, if it's severely worn out, you can only replace the roller ring without adding too much cost.
1. Every basket has one air cylinder, pressing the cans separately so that can balance the height difference.
2. Clamping plate bottom is silica gel which is soft so that can help hold the cans tight.
3. We will consider the centrifugal force and how much strength can press the can tight then to calculate pressing plate pressure to ensure that all cans static.
