Product Description

# Heat up and cool down by the heat exchanger, so the steam and cooling water will not contaminate the product, and no water treatment chemicals are needed. The process water is sprayed onto the product through the water pump and the nozzles distributed in the retort to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Accurate temperature and pressure control can be suitable for a variety of packaged products.     

# The nozzles numbers at the top and sides maybe different when actual design, we need to design according to the layers of the product. Two of the nozzles spray pipes is flexible that can be removed to the retort top or sides

# The machine customized according to the product, and the space between nozzles also designed according to the structure of product.

# By employing the precise spraying method in the direction of the nozzle, we aim to ensure precise and uniform heated water dispersion all the way to the center of each package.

# Installing a full -directional spray nozzle with uniform high dispersion on all heat sterilization product allows ideal heat sterilization, by providing the same quality on both upper and lower rows, as well as in all directions and locations on the same package.

Installation and commission

We will test well at factory and try to ship without disassembly. Also we will equip the remote system that we can seat at home and guide customer exactly to install and debug the machines.
As for installation, all pipes we make the identifications there, so will bu much easier for customers to connect it.
